Ray Breslin, one of the world's foremost authorities on structural security, agrees to take on one last job: breaking out of an ultra-secret, high-tech facility called The Tomb. It's good to see again the two veteran stars who do a good job as usual. The commentator "politicsownus" did not grasp the message of this movie - it's not propaganda in favor of any religion. It tells us that religions are prisons that can be broken out of only if we rise above them and join forces, listening our human hearts. Unfortunately, people are successfully kept prisoners by the religious establishments and their groups are played out against each other. I am not speaking out of a wisecracking desire, but from my own life experience. What happened in Paris happened in the Dark Ages too, when the Roman Church barbecued and tortured persons for less than blasphemy; it was done by the bigot communists too, who even had each other hanged for trifles. And I worked 5 years in North Africa and I can tell you that I met only 4 persons in 5 years there who were rabid, hostile bigots; the rest were very human and helpful. So try to see the meaning of this symbolical movie: we are divided now, but if we just treated each other like human friends, we could escape together into a better world.

A solid popcorn movie, not too cheesy, Stallone & Schwarzenegger are always fun to watch. Some of the prison break stuff was unbelievable, but that was acceptable... it's just one of those movies where a little suspension of disbelief is required.

The latest Hollywood prison escape celluloid is slicker than i expected it to be.I probably would have liked it more if it wasn't for the Muslim religion promotion, but the USA Government in real life literally is promoting this religion foreign policy wise with Barack ''OBUMA'' as Wall Street's puppet for the COMMUNIST aka NEW WORLD ORDER takeover of the real world that we are allowing to almost be completed 100% period,BUT YOU DON'T HEAR ME THOUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Solid prison escape action movie by two old action heroes that know how to do it right. No mugging or tongue-in-cheek movies lines that referenced their past glory. Over complicated reasoning for why Sly and Arnold are in prison but the last 40 minutes are edge of your seat popcorn munching exciting.

This was an incredible movie. I have always enjoyed a Sly movie and this one didn't disappoint. The villian wasn't a surprise but the ending most certainly was.

Entertaining. Interesting plot. Jim Caviezel makes a very good villain. Stallone and Schwarzenegger are a bit stiff.

O.K. time waster and about what I expected. I recognized where they filmed the prison scenes because I have been to its sister building (no, not a prison, no spoiler there) and that was amazing as it was over 40 years ago! I guess you never forget a place like that. Good performances all around by Sly and Arnie and Caviezel...a side trip to politics has neither worsened or improved Arnie's acting! Gotta' love him. Sam Neil didn't have to put too much effort in to his part and that should have been fleshed out more.

I picked this film up with no expectations and was surprised by how it turned out to be enjoyable. Stallone and Arnie sharing the bill is a interesting take, and while both of them are over the hill, they can still manage action well enough. Jim Caviezel seems to be enjoying chewing the scenery as the psychopathic warden of the prison they're confined to.

Breslin: I need to get into the isolation area.
Swan: No, you really don't.
Breslin: Yeah, I really do. Call it a favor. Okay?

Swan: Okay. Good. Ah! (punches Breslin hard)
Breslin: That's a favor?
Swan: Sometimes favors hurt.
Swan: Let's see what you can do. Breslin: All right. (punches Swan hard)

Swan (smiles): You hit like a vegetarian.
